A full squad meeting on Thursday evening in Antananarivo has resolved the disagreement which saw three Super Eagles players fail to join the rest of the team in the bus to the airport.
Vincent Enyeama, John Mikel Obi and Victor Anichebe were unhappy about the travel arrangements, and missed the bus while discussing their
Concerns with assistant coach Simon Kalika.
The three arrived at the airport within minutes of the team bus, leading to reports that they did not intend to travel.
However, at a meeting called by Samson Siasia after dinner on Thursday in Antananarivo, all three players told the group they never had any intentions of not travelling and restated their committment to the cause.

After listening to the players, Siasia assured them the disagreement was in the past
"I think it was a communication problem. We have to put it behind us and focus on the task at hand, which is to get three points against Madagascar," he said.
Captain Joseph Yobo, who arrived on Thursday afternoon, assured the coach that the players remained committed to giving their all for the national team without distractions.
Christopher Green, NFF executive committee member who was at the meeting praised the team for their mature handling of the situation
"I think what this shows is that we are a big, strong and united family. Every family has disagreements within but it is how you resolve those disagreements that matter.
"I am happy we have come here and talked about it and are now putting it behind us.
"Like the coach has said, it is time for us to focus on the important task, which is three points against Madagascar."
The squad will train at 9am local time (7am Nigeria time).
