No matter what anybody says,it is God that has the final say.I say it again,God will always have the final say.If God has not commanded it then you can command it to leave in the name of Jesus Christ.The truth is this,God has not commanded that delay,He is not the author of that shame and pain.That confusion is not from God.He will give you rest roundabout.The problem is people don't know when God is at work and when the devil is at work.The simplest explanation is this,Whatsoever is not good cannot be God.Everything God made were very good.So I declare with faith in my heart that that negative condition be swallowed up in victory.If you believe it shout a loud Amen.Finally my beloved, that final say of God is for your FAVOUR.Your story just changed for the better,so from today,think favour,talk favour,in everything you do,the favour of God will be with you.Psalm 5:12,Lamentations 3:37
