Polygamy is allowed, with the condition that you will do equality among the women, and must be capable of providing their needs (equally and justly). Also, it has to be done legally, you have to legally marry the woman before having anything to do with her.
This is not a good deal for Fubara. All of Wike's henchmen that resigned to return to their former positions .... under APC!! Why has fubara agreed to this?
Fubara had his chance but was too weak to take it. Decided to stay under Wike's thumb instead of bursting loose and forming his own structure. Now the game is up.
