There is an element of truth in that write-up. But mine reason for remaining single is that most of the ladies are too shallow in their thinking of what marriage is all about. They are not ready to start a home with a guy who is not yet financially stable; eventhough he is godly, hardworking and there is every likelihood that his future will be brighter, given time.

What u said is a very serious issue. For me I have resolved that any girl insisting for sex before marriage just to prove my Manhood is not meant for me. period!

This is just a reflection of the moral bankruptcy in our society. It was a good decision. The truth of the matter is that even within the religious circuit, things like this happen. It comes in different forms. It has nothing to do with one's level of education or status. The bottom line is that when people do not have the fear of God, anything goes;Yes, their human nature takes over, bringing them down from the level of higher animals to that of lower animals! May God help us to leave right and do the right things all the time(Amen) 

I have never supported the idea of a human being killing another human being; neither does anybody in my family. For example, in 2001 Sept. crisis in Jos, my brother who is a very senior police officer was the one that insisted that no Muslim leaving around us should be killed, even when other aggrieved christian youths from the other neighboring community were bent on attacking them. It got to the extent that 2 of the christian boys were shot by the security around who were working in consort with my brother to see that the crisis did not get to our area and one later died. My only pain is why should we try to take the place of God by fighting for Him, in the disguise of political/ethnic reasons? None of us is permanent in this life. None of us is permitted to take the life of his fellow human being for whatever reason. I know how I narrowly escaped death. Throughout those crisis when I was in Jos, I never carry any weapon in my hand. The same people that burnt our house in 2008 were the same people that my brother defended  in 2001. Still, we do not have anything against them. I have very nice Muslim friends up until now. In fact we relate with them normal. I have never asked them why they did it, cos I know we are all and only accountable to the God of heaven who judges fairly and justly. So my brother, do not take my response personal. I don't even know you and as such I have no reason to be angry with you 'cos I wasn't  around nor consulted by God before he created you (in his own Image). My heart is bleeding right now after reading Atiku's pre -convention speech. I can't just imagined that He is attacking the personality of the person occupying the office that he is seeking to enter. On top of that he is insulting the sensibilities of the delegates. That God they responded to this uncultured; uncensored and uncivilized speach with an emphatic NO. May God blessses all the PDP delegates that voted 4 GOODLUCK JONATHAN.

Honestly God will catch-up with all the evil people that are bent @ milking out this country 4 their selfish gains! Those who want to play God should remember that as much as He is a merciful and loving God, He is also a CONSUMING FIRE and a God Of JUdgement. He is WATCHING! Our family House was completely razed down in 2008 Jos crisis just cos we are christians. We thank god for saving our lives.God is watching! His patience should not be mistaken for cowardice. God is capable of fighting for Himself.So whoever thinks he is fighting for God is only undoing himself.  The bible says in the book of John that those who refused to accept Christ have already been judged (condemned). May God in his infinite mercy caused them to repent.

It is a welcome development and it will be good if sustained. I live in Abj and know how bad it is to see prostitutes going almost naked especially in the ghettos, not minding hw other people feel. As a Christian, I feel it is sinful, and should be totally discouraged by all and sundry. Poverty should never be an excuse for endulging in ungodly acts!
