I will say just sit him down and tell him how you feel about all the issues you have outlined here; you should be free to call your husband anytime you want and he should not browse for too long and fail to give you attention.  You both need to sit down and come to an agreement on how to handle things, and you need to give him room, don't be too possessive.
It is said that the first few years of marriage are always tough as they are the years the couple try to get used to each other, your husband is still trying to get used to the idea that he is no longer a bachelor but married and accountable to someone. Give it time, put in effort to make him know you care where he is and try to build some form of trust.

Wearing beads on the waist was a traditional and used in those days for young girls who have reached the age of puberty so ready for marriage but these days it is mere fashion.  Though I have heard some use them for jazz.

A woman being the breadwinner while the man becomes the 'housewife' is not an ideal situation but these things happen because of how the economy has turned out.  A man should strive to retain his role and assume his responsibilities as a husband.

Anyway, most times when guys find a girl attractive they only want to discuss one thing and its definitely not politics, current affairs or sports! At that time guys get passionate about whatever d girl wants to talk about even if its about Paris Hilton's dog!
