Forum / Politics / Re: Abacha's Son Expresses His Anger To Wole Soyinka Over His Comments |

| Only in Nigeria, where morality has gotten so rotten that the thieves are so bold to do it in broad day light. Still, they have guts to come out and boast, because they know that the average Nigerian would be out with stretched hands looking for handouts.... Why not round up the thieves and lock them up. Most "public servants" look to get into public office not with the intention of serving, but with the intention of stealing. That is the name of the game.....
Why not round up the thieves and lock them up? No one can do this, because just about all the so-called leaders have been caught in their hands in the cookie jar at one time or the other.... So they have all failed us, for over 50 years after "independence." That is why we do not have electricity, water or housing. In the abundance of plenty, the fool is tasty. That is the story of Nigeria. We could have been much more further ahead in Africa if only our so-called leaders have vision for the youth, for the future of the country belongs to the youth. But they teach the youth to loot, so the cycle continues, till there seem to be no end in sight.... God help us!

| that is the evidence of low mentality. colonial/slave mentality etc. how may oyinbo people you see with the name Balogun, Akintola, Okonkwo etc. Yet, you see a lot of Africans with European last name, like Johnson, Jonathan, Williams etc. Are we in Africa or where are we? We are not proud of our heritage. We know little of our selves, that is why there is low self esteem. That is the root of all our problems in Africa when we think other cultures are better than ours..... God bless her.
We we in year 2013 not 1896, please remind her....

Forum / Politics / Re: A Slanderous Article Written By American Newspaper About Nigeria |
on: 15-11-2013 12:35 AM
| Don't believe every thing this oyinbo people ever say about Africa, especially Nigeria. How many Nigerians run major corporations in the USA or UK? Almost zero. Yet, you have major American and UK corporations running business in Nigeria, exploiting our resources and depriving our people of opportunity. Look how many university graduates can't find work still in year 2013. They talk so bad about Naija, yet every day go to any international airport you see them trying to come to Naija to rip where they never sow. Did Nigeria drop any bomb on any country? Did Nigeria assassinate any country leader to take control of their resources? No. Who started the 419 scheme? Definitely not Nigerians because they come to steal in the name of colonialism. Don't think they come there to civilize us or because they love us black folks. When the table begin to turn, oyinbo go start to cry foul play.
They don't like Obama, a black president of African descent, that is why they try to tie his program to Nigerian scam. But the opposition party is behind all the sabotage effort. If the shoe fits, let them wear it. Our leaders just need to do right by the people. Provide good road, electricity and water and we no go want to run abroad on economic asylum. | | |

| Who cares which team wins? That is their own cup of tea..... we need to bring back Enugu Rangers, IICC, Sharks of PH etc. We need to go back to the days when it was fun to watch Nigerian football and be proud of our boys. What a shame? Most of the youths today don't know we had teams in Naija that produces fine footballers. Today every one parades around in European jerseys, yet non of the European teams give a hooth about who you are. You spend your hard earned Naira in support of teams that will do you good, that doesn't know you exist. Bring back the Nigerian Football Federation so we can groom our boys. Tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today. So where are our future players? Every Naija youth can not be lucky like Mykel Obi. Let us learn to promote our own and have pride in our own. That is the mark of true freedom. Away with this slavish mentality. Enough with this bull crap! | | |

Forum / Politics / Re: Alamieyeseigha, Diya, Yar'adua, Fadipe, Bulama Get State Pardon From Jonathan |
on: 13-03-2013 02:01 PM
| not surprising.... Without Alamayesegha, we never would have known Jonathan. That goes to show that in Nigeria, there are two types of justice. There is no morality despite all the churches/mosques at every corner. Only the big thieves get a pardon while the general population wither in poverty. In the abundance of water, the fool is tasty.
