i dont blv in Bosom  implants but if a woman wants to have silicone implants, and she hasnt had any kids, it can be implanted behind the muscle which helps support the Bosom  instead of within the Bosom  tissue itself, it that way Bosom  feeding isnt affected but the risk comes in if for instance there is a tear in the implant then the Bosom  milk will be affected....its really stressful having implants and Bosom feeding cuz the woman would have to be on constant alerts against mishaps..... the best thing is for her to stay clear of implants but in answer to the guys q......yes she can Bosom feed with implants

think of it this way when u get a taste of the best chocolate/ice cream/meal u have ever had.....u would want to savor that taste and get the full experience of it, ur whole body is engrossed in it and if ur eyes are closed......it reduces the distractions and the only thing u are engrossed in is that great taste.......thats really the only way u will fully enjoy a kiss.....its supposed to be one of the best things u have ever tasted.......
