If the CJ of a nation is under investigation on corruption charges, he shouldn't even wait to be suspended, he should honourably step down. This is what will happen in a sane community.

Any public office holder facing corruption charges should not be in office while investigating is on going. He should definitely be on suspension. No sane nation should let a man facing corruption charges perform duties of CJ. If he is found innocent after the investigation, he should be reinstated. The president did the right thing.

She's right on point...there's no dignity in begging...even tho we all need each others help once in a while, still, perpetual begging isn't a thing anybody will want to be doing...
