Thank God Presido is back but wats his condition? i think if he is ready to take back his position, his coming back would have been a much more publicized affair. my advice is he should retire back to Katsina & allow Goodluck complete his tenure. Goodluck is still Goodluck & Naija needs it now more than ever.
