But half of that bribe money goes for drinks and they don't take good care of themselves. This is the result of drinking all day no food. Too much drinks leads to Kidney disease....

13  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / "Greatest Fraud in Africa" The NNPC, Swiss Firm $6.8Bn Oil deal under the Radar. on: 15-11-2013 07:27 PM

Diezani’s Hustler, Kola Aluko, his Super Yacht, Naomi Campbell And His $Billions Wealth Status - NewsRescueArt ImageBling-Bling Petroleum Minister, Madueke

The House of Representatives’ Committees on Petroleum Upstream and Downstream), and Justice in investigating the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) for allegedly conniving with a Swiss trading firm to swindle the country of $6.8billion.

The committees which are expected to put in their report in four weeks,  would question the corporation for selling the country’s crude oil below the market value through what is termed “Letter Box Companies.”

The decision of the lawmakers followed the prayers and the adoption of a motion by Abiodun Abudu-Balogun (APC, Ogun), that the fraud was reported by a Swiss Non-Governmental advocacy organisation, the Berne Declaration.

He said the report by the organisation declared the deal as the “greatest fraud Africa has ever known” that is draining Nigeria of billions of dollars in revenue.

He said: “The report by Berne Declaration, tiled: ‘Swiss Traders Opaque Deals in Nigeria,’ is so disturbing with details of the schemes employed by the NNPC and foreign oil companies to dupe the country of over $6.8billion.

“A major partner of NNPC, Vitol and Transfigura Commodity Trading Firms was mentioned in the deals where large volume of our crude oil was sold below the market price, “ he said, stressing that it should be a source of concern that exclusive and untransparent partnerships of Vitol and Transfigura Commodity Trading Firms with the NNPC, gave them over 36 per cent of the market share, “with NNPC selling its crude at a discount.”

Balogun sought justification behind Nigeria being the only major oil producing nation that sells 100 per cent of its crude to private traders, rather than market it herself and benefit from the resulting added value with the greatest number of beneficiaries of export allocations.

He said another cause for worry is the sharp practices and deals in the NNPC crude oil allocations to local refineries that are not utilised, but sold fraudulently at knock- down prices to Geneva-based companies through Letter box companies by swap arrangement.

“What should also bother Nigerians is the numerous damaging allegations contained in the report against the NNPC and its subsidiaries accused of not publishing detailed financial reports since 2005,” he added.

The presiding officer, Emeka Ihedioha, deputy speaker referred the motion to the three House committees after it was unanimously supported when put to voice vote.
Kola Aluko, the make believe business tycoon, who is known to be a large scale hustler, private-partner oil robber-baron and money launderer for Nigeria’s oil minister, Diezani Madukwe and the current president, Goodluck Jonathan, recently spotted with the British ‘slut,’ Naomi Campbell, implicated in large scale billion dollar frauds, is a usual suspect in the latest $7billion NNPC, Swiss Oil company explosive fraud in Nigeria’s news headlines.

Kola Aluko’s wealth is modestly estimated at well over $100 millions dollars according to SuperYacht.com. He buys up properties in Las Vegas and other top spots for millions of dollars at will; his wealth stolen from Nigeria’s oil sector, runs into billions of dollars.

Kola owns the Galactica Star yacht, which he acquired in June of 2013. Galactica Star is a one-of-a-kind custom built Super Yacht. The 65m long boat is the newest and largest Heesen yacht ever built and goes for a whopping $50-100+ million! Beyonce and JayZ celebrated her 32nd birthday on one in Italy this year.

Kola Akulo is the founder of Fossil Resources, an oil trading company. He was CEO of Exoro Energy until it’s merger with Seven Energy, a leading independent oil exploration company. Aluko is now Deputy CEO and a large shareholder of Seven Energy and co-CEO of Atlantic Energy. Aluko is also a member of the advisory board of Vistajet, a private jet charter company founded by Thomas Flohr.

Kola who according to the ‘National Enquirer’ is sleeping with oil minister Diezani, was recently implicated according to Whistleblowers of being involved through a jet company he is on board in, Vista Jet, in aiding Diezani Madukwe in getting around in splendor as she used his private jets in trips tagged at over $300,000 a route to get herself and her family around on so-called official trips.

Kola is known for his frivolous lifestyle, betting on races, racing with expensive cars in Germany, parties and lavishing Nigeria’s wealth in all other ways imaginable, all over the world.

According to the whistleblower source, Diezani landed Kola Aluko a choice allocation of pricey oil blocks through Kola’s Seven Energy company.

The likes of Kola Aluko are also known to help divert $500,000 per petroleum supplying PFL to the coffers of Diezani and Jonathan for a total of 50-100 PFL’s per month. With these methods, many of Nigeria so-called business tycoons amass unimaginable wealth.

The “Biggest fraud in the history of Africa” according to the Berne Declaration was just exposed. A defrauding of Nigeria by the NNPC in conglomeration with Switzerland’s largest oil dealers, to the tune of $7 billion! Nigerian lawmakers have today initiated an investigation into this elaborate scam.

Kola who is based in Switzerland, has been fingered to be on board these intercontinental grand-criminal scams, defrauding Nigeria to the tunes of billions of dollars

Naomi Campbell is a well known pay-for-fun former British model who has been of service to numerous Nigerian corrupt millionaires, and most recently in 2012 was part of the case against former Liberian president Charles Taylor. She was alleged to have been paid blood diamonds by Charles Taylor for her services. Naomi is not new to helping African crooks spend the blood money of their poor masses. Her rates for a day of fun are somewhere around $500,000, according to those who know her Nigerian clients.

Kola, the minister of oil Diezani Alison-Madukwe and Jide Omokore are also at the center of another similar multi-million dollar theft scandal:

Mr Omokore is the promoter of Atlantic Energy Drilling Concept Limited while Mr Aluko is the power behind Septa Energy Limited. (Atlantic Energy Drilling Concept is a subsidiary of Energy Resource Group with Omokore as Chairman /Chief Executive Officer)

Both companies are the firms allegedly used by Petroluem Minister, Allison Madueke, foreign firm Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited and some officials of the Nigerian Petroleum Development Corporation to perfect an undergoing investigation ‘N59tn shady deal’ in the oil sector.

Reports revealed the ‘sum of $380bn or N59tn, and $15.72tn worth of gas assets were alleged to be at stake in the shady deal’

According to information ‘ part of the allegation in the on going investigation includes ‘secret and arbitrary farm-out” of Oil Mining Leases 4, 26, 30, 34, 38, 41 and 42 to Atlantic Energy Drilling Concept Limited and Septa Energy Limited. Kola Aluko

The Illegal deed was reportedly perfected by Minister Alison-Madueke, SPDC, NPDC officials in partnership with the beneficiary outfits’ promoters.

It is further alleged that the nation lost $750m in the fraudulent deal that breached different sections of the constitution. ($50m was paid instead of the $800m value).

15  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / How deputy Controller extorts Money From Enugu Prisoners on: 15-11-2013 06:07 PM

An elombah.com investigation has uncovered how the Deputy Comptroller of Enugu Prisons regularly extorts millions of naira from inmates of the Enugu prison. On one occasion, the DCP, Mustapha Attah of Enugu prison allegedly told the inmates that the Comptroller General of Prisons at the headquarters Abuja asked him to install network demobilizers in the prison

in other to prevent them from making and receiving calls but the he (DCP) claimed that knowing the sort of suffering they would be plunged into, settled the Comptroller General with the sum of two million naira to stop the scheme. He thereafter told the prisoners that they in turn had to tax themselves to collect the money to reimburse him the expenditure.

This whooping sum of two million naira was contributed by prisoners and paid to the DCP in June 2013. This was later proved to be a scam!

enugu prison

Following a press release by the Transform Nigeria Initiative (TNI) that first alerted that the nation on the atrocities being carried out by the Prison authorities, we now have in on good authority that, Carmelite Prisoners' Interest Organization (CAPIO), a Non-Governmental Organization that works for the promotion of Human Rights and dignity as well as the transformation and rehabilitation of prisoners in Nigeria had written a letter to the Controller General of prisons in Abuja to intimate him on the illegal and nefarious activities going on in Enugu Prisons, but nothing has been done.

Part of the letter to the CG obtained by elombah.com shows that each prison inmate was forced to part with as much as ₦2,000.00 (Two thousand naira) before he is transported to court, to attend his case, as well as a culture of making prison inmates pay rent for the cell space they occupy up to the tune of ₦200,000.00 depending on the quality of the cell.

The letter further added that inmates were tasked to pay for the renovation of all the buildings within the Prison premises and also many more ill treatments meted out on prison inmates who are not only inhuman but atrocious, totally unacceptable and corrupt practices.

In the rest of the letter to the Controller General of Prisons, Nigerian Prison Service, FCT Abuja, the letter detailed how:

i.Each prison inmate is forced to part with as much as ₦2,000.00 (Two thousand naira) before he is transported to court, to attend his case.

ii.There exists a culture of making prison inmates pay rent for the cell space they occupy up to the tune of ₦200,000.00 depending on the quality of the cell.

iii.Inmates were tasked to pay for the renovation of all the buildings within the Prison premises and also many more ill treatments meted out on prison inmates which we may be unable to recount here.

iv.prisoners are allowed the use of phone while in the custody and most of them use it to perpetrate more crime even inside the prison.

v.Above all, that the DCP (Mustapha Attah) of Enugu prison allegedly told the inmates that the Comptroller General of Prisons at the headquarters Abuja asked him to install network demobilizers in the prison in to prevent them from making and receiving calls but the he (DCP) knowing the sort of suffering they would be plunged into, settled the Comptroller General with the sum of two million naira and the prisoners in turn has to reimburse him. This whooping sum of two million naira was contributed by prisoners and paid to the DCP in June 2013.

The letter concludes by demanding for an immediate stop to these corrupt practices and appropriate disciplinary actions taken against the prison officials involved. The organisation also promised to provide further adequate and verifiable evidence should such be required.

It is not serving any special need for anyone.

If you want to get married and raise a family you should be free to do so.

If you do not want to marry your choice should be respected.
I don't think you're a Catholic for what you're saying. In life nobody can force any person to be what they don't want to be. She choose to be a nun but their rules are too much for her, but she could've quit instead of staying and having the baby and end up killing him. This is a double jeopardy....
