i prefer naija guy to akata guys,because most akata guys have been to jail before or are not educated.they always like roaming around the street like a jobless idots.there are some intelligent ones among them,but most of them are thugs,thats why most nigeria girls prefer to be with nigeria men.am not saying naija guys are all perfect,but they are better than akata guys.

so what should women do?because most women dont feel like doing it all the time.

i dont mean it like that lol.

am not telling people,what they can eat and can't eat.i actually saw this in a health book  and taught it will be a good idea.even all the usda or what ever you call it always change the type or size of food one can eat.i dont follow the rules,but try my best to eat healthy and exerise.

most of them can survive on eating i type of fruit a whole day,or just drinking water without eating,and can exerise for hrs.even when they are 70 pounds they will still complain that they have to lose weight so they can get rid of thier body fat.its a medical problem.

how is a girl like me do that when am big.have to be in shape first lol.

you are so funny.you can't eat it all at once,you supplement it with other food groups.

be strong,stay motivated and stick to your plan.
