If you calculate the net worth of his company and his percentage share of that worth plus his cash holdings and assets you will appreciate how rich he is.

Where there is strict morality and discipline, 15 yr old is too young to indulge in sex. In Europe or some other advanced country, the guy will be prosecuted for underage sex. Not all kids are like that and it depends on upbringing. I don't think she is from a disciplined home, let alone a morally sound one.
