If paying tithe is a scam, then the whole bible is a scam. It is devilish for anyone to think that paying tithe or any biblical injunction is a scam. If you read the Bible, you will understand that tithe predated the laws. Abraham gave tithe before Moses, and Moses is the law. It is a covenant right. Why is money the issue? why not other vices like fornication and adultery? Or you cannot go there because you caught up already. Did Jesus abolish tithe? No. He advised us to keep all the laws. But you are concern because even when you give tithe, you have the pix of your Pastor eating your money. Jesus said, believers should not neglect any but keep all the Laws. Pay tithes, honour your father and mother, do not commit adultery. have no other God, keep all days holy. A new testament believer is empowered to fulfill the law and not to be selective in what to do. Look at the example you give. Ok what of Aliko Dangote, is he not rich? what of the Dantatas, Atiku Abubakar, Bola Ahmed? Why Linda Ikeji? The Bible said seeth thou a MAN diligent in his business? Every diligent man can prosper. Don't confuse anybody. If you can't give your tithe, stop discouraging others.
This is how life works. If I give tithe and I don't see its impact, I should stop. But tithers increase so they know that is working and they keep on giving.
It is wrong for you to make anyone think that any verse in the Bible is a scam.
