The FG will always cook up various plots just to scuttle the ongoing Protests in Nigeria. There are many Private Sector Workers than Civil Servants. There will still be more Nigerians protesting in different States of the Country. Everybody is affected by the removal of the Oil Subsidy including the Politicians themselves. I don't know why Goodluck Jonathan has refused to change his stance on the Oil Subsidy issue. He is just too stubborn. I hope he changes his mind before the week runs out. Hmn.

I am not a fan of 50 Cent and I feel he is running his mouth too much. Jay Z is miles apart from Fiddy who is just looking to get some attention. Jay Z was already a Rap Icon before he met Beyonce. He was already wealthy before he married the former Destiny's Child Star. Jay Z worked hard to be where he is and he has been interviewed alongside Warren Buffet. 50 Cent is not intelligent. He is just a street Rapper who got lucky. How many songs of 50 Cent made the Music charts compared to those of Jay Z? 50 Cent is just being envious. When you're successful, people will say a lot of unkind things about you. They will attribute your success to the Devil especially if you're an entertainer and you are hugely successful. 50 Cent should just go and bury his head in shame. Cheers.

Asa is a dynamic artiste and she is a huge role model now to Nigerian Youths. I really adore because she is natural and very friendly. Everyone has a story and we've all done things in the past that we are ashamed of talking about today. We just need to be honest with ourselves. Asa Rocks!!

45  Forum / The Buzz Central / Re: 5 hot Nollywood babes to watch in 2012 on: 7-01-2012 03:24 PM
I hope these new Nollywood Actresses can match the achievements or even surpass the likes of Funke Akindele, Genevieve Nnaji and Omotola Jalade Ekeinde. Being a great actress is not just about being pretty and having great curves. It is more than that. Take a look at Funke Akindele. She is not pretty nor does she have curves, but she has something up there in her head. Funke Akindele is a great actress. She really knows how to act. The new faces in Nollywood should make reading their habit. They should also take the time to employ private tutors that will help them speak Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa and other Nigerian Languages fluently. This will enable to secure jobs in Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa Movies. I know many of our actresses cannot make the cut in Hollywood except for Genevieve and Omotola and Omoni Oboli. So these new ladies should work on themselves thoroughly and on their elocution. Joke Silva has a Theatre School. They can learn from her. There are also Film Schools in Britain that are good and affordable. Our actresses can go on short Film Courses in London tom brush up their skills. Self improvement should be their aim. I wish them all the best. Cheers.

GEJ is the weakest President in Nigerian History. He is not really fit to govern the Country. It is just a shame that we do not have many good leaders in Nigeria. Goodluck Jonathan should be farming in his village. I still shudder at the thought that he actually has a PhD or that he went to a University. He does not behave like someone who is educated. Hmn.

Every Nigerian has the right to protest against the removal of the Oil Subsidy anywhere the reside on this Planet. President Goodluck Jonathan does not wish us well with his wicked policies. Professor Tam David West has told us how much Petrol should really cost in Nigeria. I hope our Ministers have examined Tam David West's analysis. The pump price of Petrol should be reversed back to about 46 Naira. That is how much it should cost actually Angry Angry. Our leaders have continued to take us for a ride and 2012 should be the year they are all made to account and suffer for their misdeeds. And for your information, many Nigerians in the UK are legal. Not very Nigerian in Britain is using dodgy or false papers. And the Police does not ask for your ID or Passport on the streets of Britain. Those kinds of things happen in the Netherlands or Germany. The UK is a different Nation altogether. Cheers.

48  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / Re: 13,680 Prostitutes (Ashewos) Operate In Lagos Every Night ! on: 7-01-2012 02:45 PM
I read the story in The Sun Newspapers and got pissed off. Though Prostitution has been with us since the beginning of time, I know many of these ladies became Flesh Merchants because of the economic problems in Nigeria. Many youths in the country have great ideas but they find it hard to secure loans that will help them take their ideas to the next level. Apart from that, the business environment in Nigeria is harsh. There are no structures on ground that can help budding entrepreneurs grow their businesses smoothly without spending lots of money greasing the palms of corrupt Government officials. Women are very vulnerable and they can lose focus when there is no support for them to achieve their goals. I believe more NGO's should come in to rehabilitate these Prostitutes and give them a second chance in life. Men should also learn to be faithful to their wives instead of patronizing these daughters of Jezebel.

Tonto Dike is a Star in her own right. She does not have to be anybody else. She only needs to reinvent herself and stop being wayward for a change. She is 26 years old and she has more years before her to redeem herself. I wonder why modern Nollywood Actresses are not learning from the likes of Joke Silva, the late Toun Oni etc. With the way the current set of Nollywood Actresses are going, they might end up being irrelevant in the near future. I hope they will change and make themselves good role models.

Eedris Abdulkareem has to change from his old ways. I'm shocked that he is still behaving like a thug after apologizing to Nigeria Breweries and Kennis Music concerning the fight with 50 Cent. Eedris does not have age on his side again. He should be thinking of being a Producer by now or better still going into Acting. Nollywood needs guys like him for certain roles. Eedris can fill in the void left by J.T Tom West. He can play the role of a Gangster or Terrorist in Nollywood Films. Eedris has so many abilities and he needs to put them to good use. He should stop disgracing himself and Nigeria's Hip-Hop Community. Cheers.

This talk about D'Banj being a member of the Illuminati troubles me a lot. I remember that Don Jazzy announced that members of the Mo Hits Family were not Illuminati members. Don Jazzy is one dude that I know who respects God. People should stop reading meaning into things so easily. The symbol on the black cloth on the stage is used by many organizations and the shape is adjusted in different forms. Every Musician has his or her own time to shine. So there will come a time when D'Banj will have to stay in the background as younger and more creative artistes shine. It happened in The United States with Lil Wayne, Yung Joc, Wale and Rick Ross taking over. I have ven been told that the Illuminati is a white imperialist organization that does not recruit people of colour. I love D'Banj's music anyway.

Bishop David Oyedepo has landed himself in hot soup with the slapping incident. He might be banned from visiting the UK, Canada or America for his crusades because people there are campaigning to have him punished by Western Governments. This video of the herbalist raining curses on Oyedepo is deep o. Hmn. I don't even know what to say again. I'm just speechless. Hmn.

Women in Nigeria don't like revealing their true ages for personal and professional reasons. I believe Uche Jumbo should be in her 40's. I can't say much about Tiwa Savage.  They're admirable ladies though. I just love the courage and industrious nature of our female entertainers and Nollywood Actresses. Women generally don't like being asked about their age. Cheers.

Oge Okoye is a good actress and she has to do what she has to do to make a living. At least she is not sleeping with a Randy Film Producer for a Movie Role. Mercy Johnson also shaved her in the past for a Movie. Our Actresses are making cool money and people are running their mouths here. Abeg, leave them alone Smiley Smiley Smiley  They're using their talent and natural abilities to take care of themselves. Cheers.

I am happy that Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, Eddie Ugboma and others escaped from getting drowned in the Atlantic Ocean. The Speed Boat Operator is the one that should be blamed for this near death experience. He should have checked the engine of his boat to know if he had enough diesel before the journey to the Atlas Cove for the shooting of the scenes of Teco Benson's Movie. Perhaps he was trying to save some Money and cut corners tom the detriment of his passengers. We could have been mourning the demise of Omotola by now. Lack of attention to detail is one of the problems besetting Nigeria and Nigerians. We need to change.

56  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / Re: Fashola To Send Lagos State Cleaners And Road Sweepers To UK For Training on: 24-12-2011 10:36 AM
Governor Fashola does not need to send cleaners and road sweepers to the UK for any kind of training. He is only going to embarrass the Lagos State Government and Nigeria. Some of the road sweepers and cleaners will abscond and become wanted people in the the UK. We all know living in Nigeria is very tough and people are looking for a way out. What Fashola should do is to get a Cleaning Company from the UK to send some of their staff to Nigeria for a 2 weeks training for the Lagos State Government employed cleaners. Fashola will save a lot of money by doing this. Before he brings the British Cleaning Company down to Nigeria, the Governor should make sure he has purchased and shipped the Machines ( Cleaning Vehicles ) to Lagos State first. The Horse must come before the cart. Our leaders should know better that the UK Government is harsh with visa issuing these days. Cheers.

Hmn, I wonder how many dreams would have been crushed with this decision by the UK's General Medical Council ( GMC ).  I know that LAUTECH'S Medicine Certificate has been having recognition issues for some now. One of my cousins had to leave the University for a Medicine Course in South Africa because of the problem. The standard of our education in Nigeria has contributed to this in many ways. Maybe the UK Government is also trying to limit the number of Nigerian Students coming into British Health and NHS System. That is why they have come up with this new plan. Nigerians are very intelligent and they often do well in their profession in any country they find themselves in. I have the understanding that there are many British Medical Graduates who are finding it hard to get jobs in the last 5 years and plans have been made to create work for them. Maybe our Doctors should forget going to the UK and head to the Scandinavian Countries or Canada to practice their trade Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley What do you think? Hmn.

I feel Eagles Coach Stephen Keshi has made the right decision. What the Super Chickens need now is a heavy dose of discipline in Camp and on the soccer pitch. I am still not impressed that Nigeria will not be at next year's African Nations Cup. A Coach has a right to lay down rules when he is managing a team. Keshi is a strong guy himself and was known as the 'Big Boss' during his playing days. I don't like it when I see Eagles Players looking like touts or drug dealers on the football field. Take a look at the current Brazil and German Squads and tell me what you see. The German and Brazilian Players are well shaven with no piercings or crazy haircuts. Keshi has to curb the excesses of the boys he would be managing. I pray he succeeds in qualifying for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. Cheers.

The situation Mercy Johnson has found herself in is really complicated. I still don't understand why she can't get herself a young man ho is a bachelor and looking to settle down. Maybe Mercy feels young unattached men out there will treat her badly. I know responsible young men are hard to find these days. Mercy Johnson herself has sown her wild oats in the past. She has dated several men in the past and should not be expecting an innocent guy to come and sweep her off her feet. Does Prince Odianosen really love Mercy Johnson? Or is he marrying her for good sex Cool Cool Cool? And why is the Christ Embassy Church involved in the matter? Why is Lovely Okojie finding it difficult to produce the Marriage Certificate tying her to Prince Odianosen? If Prince Odianosen is really divorced from Lovely Okojie ( I heard she lives in Canada now ), why has the Prince not produced a Divorce Certificate? So many questions to be answered. Hmn.

60  Forum / Relationships & Romance / Re: increasing numbers of women are marrying men for their money on: 8-08-2011 05:45 AM
It is not a new thing. Women are receivers and always want to be cared for. Even in the bible, we see women marrying comfortable men. Ruth was advised by her Mother In Law, Naomi, to go and gather grains in the fields of Boaz who was a very rich man. Naomi knew that Boaz's eyes will on Ruth who was Pretty and delectable. Naomi did not tell Ruth to go and marry a poor man. So what did Ruth do? She went to Boaz's fields to gather Wheat ( Or is it Corn? ) and finally slept at his feet and won his love. No woman wants to suffer and their biological make up makes them gatherers of material things. Merely looking at a woman will make you realize that she needs to be properly taken care of.  What I don't support is a woman cheating on her husband or boyfriend when the guy is taking very good care of her. I detest women like that. They're dangerous and unreliable. I'm working very hard to make my woman happy Smiley Smiley Smiley.
