| Radio without battery, this is caused by high level of industrialization, I happen to be in a city where the river passes...do you know that river is also called CHANG JIANG RIVER and produces rice for the whole country and even the outside world? it also power china through the three gorges dam which is world's biggest power project.
I am not surprise cos the river is a busy one and red color is yet to flow to some parts of the river in other cities,

Broda Aso, i was really speechless with your hypothesis and conclusion on the causes of the change in color of that River......... first of all, there are no scientific proof that industrialization can cause the color of a River to change over-night.
2 if really it was industrialization that means there are large deposit of atoms of chemicals on that river and it was not be conducive for fishing because the fishes will be dead....
3 if that river supplies water to the rice field in china, i bet you there won't be rice production or harvest this year in china......
