Prof. The intelligent thing to do is to first wait for the total lawful votes cast according to form EC8 signed by all the political parties at the polling units to be presented in court before jumping to conclusion. At the least, all your years of learning should have informed you so. If you however want to base your argument on INEC's declared result  you are on your own.
