That is not new in a stupid country like Nigeria, do they have any enforced law against that in Nigeria? A lot of fake hospitals, pharmacies and schools. No enforced law to deal with them. Things that can not even happen in Benin republic can happen in Nigeria. The government is bad, the people are bad.
