The Limpopo master, KCee just got out of his serious fight with his wife (Ijeoma Okonkwo), the couple parted ways.

Apparently, KCee won’t be all tears as he can now run back into the arms of his former lover, sultry actress, Ebube Nwagbo.

KCee and Ebube ended their relationship in 2010 when he got married to Ijeoma, but it never really seemed like the lovers were actually separated.

And after KCee split from Ijeoma recently, it seems possible that KCee and Ebube could come together once again.

However, a source close to the Limpopo singer claims that there is definitely going to be a KCee and Ebube reunion.
“It is possible and they are together again”, the source suggests that the lover’s breakup in 2010 was so bad and rough but they have come back together again.

“He taught her what not to look for in a guy,” the source adds. “And for that she’s thankful.”

“Ijeoma thinks it’s one big misunderstanding and she’s sure that they’ll be back on good terms once all this drama is over,” another source reported.

Tragedy struck again on Wednesday as two persons were killed while no fewer than nine others were injured after a tipper rammed into pedestrians at the U-turn end of the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway.
“On their way back, while connecting the express, the convoy caused the accident. They drove into the expressway recklessly without stopping to check for oncoming vehicles.

“At the time they connected the expressway, a tipper was approaching on top speed. To avoid hitting the convoy, the tipper swerved to the right side of the road. It lost control and rammed into some pedestrians standing by the side of the road.”

The tipper was said to be avoiding a government convoy of 7 vehicles that allegedly drove recklessly into the busy expressway from a side road. The unfortunate incident accurred between 11am and 12pm.

Eyewitness told Punch that the convoy had stopped to visit a yet-to-be identified person admitted at a private hospital in the area. "It was a convoy of about seven vehicles. There were four jeeps and three escort vans. The escorts were riot policemen," the source added.

11 persons were hit, while two died on the spot.

The source said, “The riot policemen came down, they watched the scene for a while, jumped into their vehicles and proceeded towards the Sango area of Ogun State. We could not challenge the convoy when it stopped because the policemen carried guns and they looked menacing.”
It was learnt that a Lagos State Ambulance Service bus later arrived to convey victims to the hospital.

Eyewitnesses were unsure if the convoy belonged to either the Lagos or Ogun state governments. One of them said, “The number plates of the vehicles were covered.”

The question is, which governor was in that convoy? Or is it one big man who is not even in government?

Crisis is brewing in the leadership of Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, as members from the Niger Delta, under the aegis of Global Peace Relief Initiative, led by Prophet Jones Erue, yesterday, faulted President of the association, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, over what they described as the unacceptable comments made against them, following their attempts to reconcile the G-7 governors with the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

In a statement by Prophet Erue, the Niger Delta pastors described Oritsejafor’s comment to the effect that CAN was apolitical, as laughable, accusing the CAN President of getting involved in politics of calumny and name dropping.

They said that they might not be as rich as the CAN President or own a private jet, but were men of integrity.

The statement said: “We are disappointed that a leader could sit and watch his two children fight while the rest of us suffer only to come and blackmail those who take their time to seek solutions to the crisis.” They warned that no amount of blackmail or intimidation would deter them from the noble mission of rescuing the country from imminent collapse.

“It is surprising that Pst Ayo Oritsejafor, the CAN president will handle issues of immense gravity and national importance hastily, with levity and without discretion. The first and easiest thing to know about a man is his name; it is a pity that the CAN president does not know the name of the group of clerics he is addressing nor their affiliates.

“Expecting him to have minimal knowledge on what they stand for, will be tantamount to exerting too much pressure on his aging gray matter. We are begging his aides and personal assistants to do their job well and stop exposing this great man of God to disrepute.

“These eminent clerics and their affiliate, Global Peace and Relief Initiative have taken on a laudable project of consulting across all interest group and stakeholders concerning the Nigerian project. Nigeria is the only country we can call our own and as fathers we cannot fold our hands and watch intolerance and impunity destroy our nation.

“To place the records straight, we have not made promises to any persons and we have not used the name of CAN, we have an affiliate whose mission and vision best defines our activity. We are noble men and do not rail accusation on authorities.

“It is a pity that the handlers of the CAN president have allowed miscreants, to drag him into a show of shame, misinformed the press and over laboured the corporate affairs commission with a futile search.

“If we may ask, whose registration were they authenticating? A group they barely know its name? This is a faith based Non Governmental Organisation, NGO, with memberships spread across the nation. Our main business is advocacy, conflict prevention/ resolution and facilitation of peace projects whether individual, group, organisation or government. We create a good soil for developmental projects and people oriented policies to thrive

“For the CAN president to say CAN is apolitical is laughable, as the same president is involved in politics of calumny and name dropping. “The CAN’s statement as reported by the media does not represent the facts on ground but a mere imagination. Calling names at this critical period of the nation’s political development does not represent the responsibility expected of a great leader of Pastor Ayo Oritsejeafor’s capacity”

“We want to place it on record that the Bishops and Clerics in this body may not own private jets but are men of unquestionable character, dependable leaders, and stewards of peace and holders of reputable degrees. The leader of this group Prophet Jones Ode Erue is a highly respected both in political and religious circles. Many people have benefited from the peace initiatives by this great icon since 2002 till date.

“When men lack purpose and relevance, rather than encourage others with vision and purpose they become detractors of good and well meaning Nigerians. “ We are disappointed that a leader could sit and fold his hands and watch his two children fight while the rest of us suffer only to come and blackmail those who take their time to seek solutions to the crisis.

Years after taking a break from acting, veteran Nollywood actress Clarion Chukwurah has made a big come-back to the movie scene.

The star actress is one of the key characters in Elvin Chuks‘ new movie titled Hustlers.

“I had already taken a break from the movie industry, until Elvis gave me a brief summary of the movie. Initially, I didn’t see anything challenging about it until he brought the script and I read through it. I was amazed at the theme, characterization, plot and the rest; I couldn’t help but say yes,” said Chukwurah.



Clarion Chukwurah will be acting alongside popular movie stars like Mercy Johnson, Nse Ikpe Etim, IK Ogbonna, Chelsea Eze & Paul Sambo.

Hustlers is the story of a mother who wants to use her daughter to find an easy way out of poverty. The movie has memorable twists and bends with Mercy Johnson and Nse Ikpe Etim playing roles of two local girls ‘hustling’ to survive in the city.

Chukwurah acts as Mercy Johnson’s mother and IK Ogbonna’s sugar mummy.

Former president of the Association of Senior Staff of Universities, ASUU, Prof. Festus Iyayi is dead.  He died Tuesday morning in a car crash on his way to Kano to participate in tomorrow’s National Executive Council Meeting of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) expected to declare an end to the over 4-month strike.

ASUU President Dr. Nasir Fagge confirmed his death to our correspondent. He said the sad news was broken to the union a few hours ago.

Prof. Iyayi was president of ASUU from 1986 to 1988.
He was born in 1947, in Ugbegun, Ishan, Edo State.

In 1968, he left the shores of Nigeria to pursue his higher education, obtaining a M.Sc in Industrial Economics from the Kiev Institute of Economics, in the former U.S.S.R., and then his Ph.D from the University of Bradford, England.

In 1980, he went back to Benin and became a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Benin.

A well known author, with four books to his credit (Violence, The Contract, Heroes, and Awaiting Court Martial), Prof. Iyayi won the Commonwealth Prize for Literature for his book Heroes in 1988.

What is the secret of your 17 year old marriage to Omotola?
I won’t say we have been good because I am a fine boy (laughs), but it is just the grace of God. I am so lucky and also blessed by God to have married my God given partner.
That is a very important thing about marriage, you have to find and marry your God given partner. That is why a lot marriages breakup. Some men marry women because of their hips, their b**bs, legs and some other side attractions. But after s*x with her so many times, what happens next? Does she have a good attitude, character or good human relationship with others? I am not saying we are perfect couple, we have our own differences but we are compatible.
We have been married for over 17 years with four beautiful kids. One thing that has been working for us as a couple is that I always encourage her to be who she wants to be. I give her full support always. Lots of married women that are caught cheating on their husbands could be traced to the fact that some of their husbands don’t allow them explore their talents.
I encourage my wife and kids to be what they want to be. Most of the influential men and women we have in this world didn’t even go to school. So it is all about exploiting your talents. Some women love acting but their husbands won’t let them believing that other men would touch or exploit them segxwally. It is all about discipline. Those that want to cheat will cheat; it is all about self control.

So when you see your wife kissing on set, you don’t get jealous?
No! Not all. My wife tells me about her acting. Most times she even complains that some actors she acts love scenes with have mouth or body odour that she can’t wait to leave this scene.  So I even pity her on what she has to go through and endure being an actress.
This acting thing is just some minute acts and that is it. Will she follow the actor home? Lots of homes have been broken because of too pressure on the wife or even the kids.

For the 17 years that you have been married, what are those special moments you can’t forget in a hurry?
Hmmm! Truly and honestly, I can’t forget the very first day I made love to my wife.

For leading Ghanaian actress, Nadia Buari on and making her believe he would settle down with her, and finally breaking her heart, Nigerian actor, Jim Iyke will suffer untold hardship, according to the mother of the heart-broken Nadia, Hajia Buari.
