Here are photos of the Radio Biafra Director and Founder of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu at the Federal High Court in Abuja today. Meanwhile, John Tsoho, justice of the federal high court, Abuja, has fixed Friday (Jan, 29) for ruling Nnamdi Kanu's bail application.
A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, today 25 January, adjourned hearing on the bail application of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu, till January 29.

Recalled last week, a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, ordered Mr. Kanu to be remanded in Kuje prison custody for the first time since his trail, prior to the hearing and determination of his bail application.
However, Mr. Kanu, through his counsel at the hearing today, pleaded with the court that the offense which he was standing trial was a bail-able one.

“The right to agitate is inherent in a democracy. People must not be denied of their rights to protest by way of being kept in custody, if national security was a ground to throw people into detention the Criminal Justice Act would have said so.”

Kanu’s lawyer argued.
Meanwhile, representative of the Federal Government at the hearing, the Director of Public Prosecution, Mohammed Diri, prayed the court to refuse Kanu bail on the grounds that the offense which the Radio Biafra boss and his co-accused were standing trial was a serious offense, stressing that if Mr. Kanu and his co-accused are granted bail, they will interfere with witnesses and evidence.

“He sneaked into this country. He didn’t enter the country the proper way. He may sneak out, I urge this court to refuse this application and order for accelerated hearing.”

Diri said.
Having heard the two parties, the trial judge fixed the ruling on the bail application for January 29, 2016.

Nnamdi Kanu and his co-accused are standing trail for a six-count charge of treasonable felony and illegal importation of radio transmitter leveled against them by the Federal Government.
Following the ruling today, the Biafran leader Nnamdi Kanu, has returned to Kuje prison custody in Abuja, pending when his hearing on bail application will take place.

If the UK says BIAFRA is history and the USA ain't in support of your BIAFRA, which big nations are you then talking about? RUSSIA OR GERMANY...? NORTH KOREA? You guys need to wake up.. HONESTLY...!
