Efe Ejeba, winner of the Big Brother Naija reality show has reportedly unfollowed his friends he was following on his Instagram before he entered the house. Efe who has been hailed as being very humble might have shot himself in the leg with this singular move as some of his fans are already complaining.

The reason for the massive unfollowing can not be ascertained, but many believe he did it in a bid to reflect his new celebrity status. But the move has been reported to be a bad one as examples have shown that top Nigerian celebrities like Don Jazzy and others have made it a point of duty to follow their fans as Don Jazzy currently follows 7,486 of his fans and friends.
Many people who looked up to Efe as a result of his down-to-earth-nature might be highly disappointed for this fatal move which might earn him dislike among his fans. Some have even argued that him following his fans on Instagram does not in anyway diminish his new found celebrity status which was earned via his fans' support.
He now follows only four persons and one company account namely: 2baba, Annie idibia, Olamide, Funke Akindele and Payporte.
It is already in people's minds that Efe's new found fame might have crept into his head as he has forgotten so easily how he got to where he is now. Many of his fans have accused Efe's management of being behind the latest bad publicity which might see him clash with his fans soon.
