A video has emerged online showing Ibadan residents doing something really dangerous.
In the video, some men and women can be seen gathered around a fallen tanker and scooping fuel from it. They are doing this without caring at all about their safety.
The video which was shot and posted online by a driver driving past the fallen tanker has sparked some stir online with many viewers wondering why people never learn from past tragedies.
Over time, tankers have gone up in flames in Nigeria, leaving many people dead, but these people do not care about that possibility as they go about scooping.
