The Lagos Government on Monday barred visiting governors and top government officials.  Good way to go but will they really comply?

...what's the use of siren,if i may ask?....In saner societies,it's only the ambulances & other emergengy/security vehicles that use siren.

Not in Nigeria where the "ruling class" is addicted to causing a nuisance with high decibels of blaring sirens.
