Even the God's anointed King of isreal David...4rm whom lineage Christ came fell into temptation......Abeg everybody can be tempted n everybody have a tendency of falling into temptation 2..

During the reign of KING DAVID, the works of devil hasn't been destroyed. the GRACE was not realy too strong to overcome temptations that is why some men of old testament falls why some not. Now christ has come and gone, he has deposited the HOLY SPIRIT in us to guide us to all truth. Those pastors that are falling into temptations are not born of GOD based on the following scriptures--

1 john 3:4 WHOSOEVER COMMITTETH SIN TRANSGRESSETH ALSO THE LAW: FOR SIN IS THE TRANSGRESSION OF THE LAW. VERSE 5: AND YE KNOW THAT HE WAS MANIFESTED TO TAKE AWAY OUR SINS: AND IN HIM IS NO SIN. VERSE 6: WHOSOEVER ABIDETH IN HIM SINNETH NOT: WHOSOEVER SINNETH HATH NOT SEEN HIM NEITHER KNOW HIM. VERSE 7: LITTLE CHILDREN, LET NO MAN DECEIVE YOU: HE THAT DOETH RIGHTOEUSNESS IS RIGHTEOUS. VERSE 8: HE THAT COMMITTEHT SIN IS OF THE DEVIL: FOR THE DEVIL SINNETH FROM THE BEGINING. FOR THIS PURPOSE THE SON OF GOD WAS MANIFESTED, THAT HE MIGHT DESTROY THE WORKS OF THE DEVIL. VERSE 9: WHOSOEVER IS BORN OF GOD DOTH NOT COMMIT SIN: FOR HIS SEED REMAINETH IN HIM: AND HE CANNOT SIN, BECAUS HE IS BORN OF GOD.

So you can see that falling into temptation is a choice like i ealier posted. JESUS has given US grace to live above sin. The scriptures says that JUDGEMENT will start from the church. JESUS siad he is coming to a church without wrinkles and spot. Constant meditation of the word of GOD will uplift  you so high that you will be constantly feel with the spirit. the scriptures say be filled with the spirit by singing and talking to yourself, making melodies from your heart unto GOD. these are words that will keep someone away from falling into temptation.

I believe what separates them from other people is the "extra grace and anointing of God" on them. Besides that they are just ordinary mortals like us all.

anybody can fall into temptation as long we ar all imperfect...but imperfection shuldnt b an excus nor b takn for granted...lets watch our back
