ooh i am sorry i dont know how to prepare mayb sophie will teach u when she comes on line i only get the opportunity to eat it when i get to the village , like ekpang , fufu are very complicated u need to grow up in the village to know how to prepare it , or atleast in calabar or akwaibom , only knew how to prepare edikaikong cos its a regular meal in our house, u need regular practice to b able to prepare some of this dishes

sorry, i don't really like egusi soup is too oilly 4 my liking.
I prefer vegetable souce, bcos am a vegetarian, as for
the fufu the calorie is damn too much, and it's 2 heavy 4
me. Are you guys not washing your weight at all? Grin Grin Grin
