Bible says that dreams come out of your thoughts. So, pay attention to what you are facing in life. The dreams may be the codes of your life situation for now.

Also, don't eat befor u go to bed, it also might cause bad dreams. As well as mental activity few hours before u go to bed should not in any case be in front of TV. Hope that  serious answer might help at least not to have bad dreams.
