The same question am asking here, the son of the founder of this bank (Alhaji Umaru Mutallab) was a terrorist serving life imprisonment in US, so how sure it's not just an instigation the boko's.

That is called "Islamic Problem bank"...........before u know it, Boko Haram will try to blow up other banks in order to maintain their Islamic Problem Bank.
