May they rest in peace. sometimes we blame the wrong things on the wrong persons. Agreed that most of our roads are in disrepair and are not commutable. But how many of us have asked if the VIO and other such agencies frequently do their work to impound vehicles that are not road worthy and take them off the road so they don't end up killing people?
