30 yrs old man? Well, we can all learn. You can't build confidence if you don't know who are, what you are, your value, where you are from, and where you are going. Who you are is the product of what you do. Confidence and faith are relevant. Ex: You blive that u can cross d rd b4 any car get closer, yea! u did right?

First: Allow God into your life: He will feel every empty gap. And the issues of getting your own lady will never b a prob. You just seek God and you will find your wife. What about your friends, are they helping/counseling you? If not then let go of them. And read psalm 119. You can each verse per day and pray over it.
Second:  Try to love u first, adore you, and obey your spirit at all time (Not your flesh o...).
Third: What is the idea (topic) of yourself?
Fourth: Once you gets the idea, then let every fact/opinion be valuable to that your idea (pple will always have something to say-shit, nama, goat, whatever, etc....)

well,i kno u know...speakin of confidenc,one point is to blieve in urself,u hav to belief u have d abilty to do something or dealin with sitiations urself successfully...and also d mindset can also do a thin or two...eg when.a man have.this mindset thinkin if e ask a girl out,she might.turn him down and therefore wont want to try it...this is where d believin in urself.comes in......building your confidence and chaanging your mindset...i also think there r some acvities one could do to build his.confidence...it begin with u
