This is a very annoying video that is being circulated all over china now,it happened on a street of the capital city, Beijing. While the guy was still trying to continue his evil act, he was caught on the street camera and some Chinese rushed to the scene to beat him up

Chinese people are very angry and interested in the case because it's a white guy involved while the blacks are happy it's not one of their own that commit the crime.

What do you think should be done to the guy?
