Francis & his girlfriend were on a walk. She saw shoes she liked & the following conversation occurred;

Girl: Honey I forgot my purse @ home, please give me N15k to buy this shoes.

Francis: There is no ATM close by but take this N100, pick a bike, go home & bring your purse.

Is Francis sharp or stingy? I need answers please....
