Shooting cheap and quality music videos for upcoming artistes

For most artistes,the major hinderance to getting their songs across to fans might just be a very good video. It's common knowledge now that every marketer now,demands that a video to a song must be shot before they promote/market an artiste.
However,most of these artistes cant afford the high cost being charged by popular directors. It should be noted that the name of a director is not always a criteria to getting a good video. Rather,it's the concept & ideas he or she has for a particular song.
