Was it not Borno state that paid Hundreds of million naira to the bokoharam terrorists and their families ?? , who has ever seen where terrorists are paid off, whatever the reason might be ?? What a wanton waste of capital !!!, money that could've been used to revamp the much needed infrastructure of the state !!, I wish the victims of this natural disaster well and hope they rebuild their lives again .
