I dey laff at this news. Instead smoking while driving they should ban texting while driving it would be better more beneficial to decrease accidents.

I believe nigerians need things to keep them in check if not the unruly attitude continues. however, these laws should be implemented with all decency. As for the round about rule, it is very true in lagos. Cars negotiating the round about are suppose to have the right of way, but in lagos it is not so, the man at the round about would have to wait if he does not want his car bashed.
