THE NIGERIA'S STORY
Once upon a time, there was a man called NIGERIA, his father warned him not to marry more than one wife but he seek advice from his COUSIN NAMED CHIEF PEPPLE FROM NIGER DELTA, pepple adviced Mr.Nigeria to listen to his father but he proceed by seeking advice from a British man called LORD LUGARD, LUGARD said, "there is nothing wrong if you marry more than one wife..." So Mr.NIGERIA married 3 wives, namely: Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo, then his father said, "my son, you already go against my wish,please don't let those three wives stay under the same roof"
He refused and said," dad let me enjoy my life, this is my time" Then his Dad agreed and he met the family of his son's wives.
The YORUBA family was represented by - OODUA and AWOLOWO (They came with Quran,Bible,Oracle,Afoshe,Money,Books,Amala and drinks)
The IGBO family was represented by - AGWOTURUMBE and ZIK (They came with Bible,matchets,Oracle,Money,Containers and Ugwu vegetable,drinks)
The HAUSA family was represented by - UTHMAN DAN FODIO and TAFAWA BALEWA (They came with Quran,Horses, swords,guns, bomb and some tomatoes)
So the wedding ceremony was successful but since then the three wives had been fighting each other but the most stubborn among Them is HAUSA, She always send her children to throw Bombs and kill the other wives' children with knife and swords.
Mrs. IGBO NIGERIA then said, I want to go back to my father's house in ABIA with the support of her first son, ODUMEGWU OJUKWU and then YORUBA NIGERIA supported him partially.
Meanwhile, in the past son of HAUSA NIGERIA who was the last son became the first son because the children of YORUBA NIGERIA and that of IGBO NIGERIA were busy with other things i.e The children of YORUBA want to face their studies while the children of IGBO NIGERIA were busy doing business. But now YORUBA AND IGBO NIGERIA are regretting to have allowed HAUSA children to run the affairs of their father's house.
Suddenly, ODUMEGWU started his war against his father's house because he was angry for seeing the children of HAUSA NIGERIA running the affairs of his PAPA house, so he seek for the support of his YORUBA NIGERIA brothers, it was only BANJO who was unpopular among them agreed and supported him, along the line, they were winning the fight but something happen, The UNCLES who were there during the wedding of there mothers to MR. NIGERIA reacted against it,
First to react was, UNCLE TAFAWA BALEWA and his son GOWON, they instigate UNCLE AWOLOWO TO STOP BANJO but he couldn't and then they contact UNCLE AZIKWE to talk sense into AWOLOWO by pushing him to talk sense into BANJO in order to stop the REVOLT. UNCLE ZIK said to UNCLE AWO, " NNA do you want the wedding we witnessed end prematurely?" UNCLE AWO replied, "Ogbeni, it's true you talk oooo"
So, UNCLE AWOLOWO did according to what UNCLE ZIK said because he trust UNCLE ZIK more than anybody, suddenly, BANJO withdraw his support for the revolt and fought the supporters of ODUMEGWU to stand still. That was the end of the REVOLT and ODUMEGWU was forced to go on exile leaving his supporters to bear the consequences but the still regard him as a HERO because he was courageous.
Since then, the children of HAUSA NIGERIA continue ruling till one of the grown-up children of YORUBA NIGERIA known as ABIOLA challenged the children of HAUSA NIGERIA, though he was supported by the majority but was killed in the battle and then another son of YORUBA NIGERIA in the person of OBJ, he fought them to stand still and he took over the power.
However, the children of HAUSA NIGERIA were angry that they lost the highest seat in their father's house, so they fought back with SHARIA LAW in order to destroy OBJ government, OBJ tried his best to control the whole house because he is a stubborn man and take no nonsense, but to everyone's surprise, OBJ personal hand picked another son in the lineage of HAUSA NIGERIA to succeed him. YORUBA-IBO NIGERIA children were angry and suddenly, YAR'ADUA died on the seat and his cousin from the NIGER DELTA lineage took over the power because he was YA'RADUA's assistant.
At first, every one was happy that at least it's not HAUSA NIGERIA children that will be ruling again but this new boy whose name is GEJ came with new style of government and everyone started to murmur, while they were murmuring, the HAUSA NIGERIA children started throwing bombs in the name of religion where as they are killing their own brothers in the NORTH.
From, this story, WHO IS TO BLAME FOR THE CURRENT SITUATIONS IN THE HOUSE OF MR. NIGERIA? is it?
