Nigerian Filmmaker, Mary Njoku has vented her frustration after her 7am flight was moved to 6pm without no explanation from the airline
Sudden changes like that can disrupt plans and cause inconvenience.
It's not uncommon for travelers to feel upset when they aren't given clear reasons for such alterations, especially when it affects their schedule significantly.
While making her grievance know, the filmmaker wrote:
Nigerian airlines need to be compelled to do refunds on demand!!!
if you move a flight by 2hrs or more, the least you can do is provide refund on demand!
Tickets aren't free!! They aren't cheap! Time is VERY expensive!
