Maybe it's a slip of mouth,i think they wanted to say 10million dollars or maybe 100million naira,They can't be soo illitrate or better still DUMD to kn how much 100million dollars is or to kn that no government can even accept to pay that,even if there governor or whatever is kidnapped.But omg!what exactly is nigeria turning into for God's sake?
