From the story here, it looks as though the man died from hitting his head somewhere. The other girl who did not engage in sex with him pushed him. He could have hit his head somewhere...well too bad for all parties....lose/lose situation.

What i think is that their is more to that sex issue. How come 1 agreed and the other did not but later the 1 that did not agree was angry that the guy was sleeping with the other girl without condom.
Sure their is more to it.
