Arsenal May Buy Didier Drogba

Arsenal has been in the search for a Robin Van Persie replacement for the team. Someone who is a goal scorer like its former captain and so the gunners have been inquiring about buying the 34 year old Ivorian ex Chelsea player Didier Drogba from his Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua.

Drogba has been in a war of supremacy with his ex Chelsea team mate Nicolas Anelka and the gunners are trying to capitalize on that to bring the Ivorian back to England.

It is still unclear if Arsenal is willing to pay above £200,000 per week which Drogba currently receives. The striker has also been linked to a Liverpool move.
