There is a difference between punishing and abusing a pupil. There is no doubt
in my mind that the teacher abused the pupil thereby causing her death.

Teacher should be charged since the flogging was too much. It sounds good and civilised to say flogging is not allowed in the west (U.S) but you should also add that the students instead of the teachers control the classroom and police have to be stationed in the schools. Schools are more like big day care centres rather than learning institutions. This case is sad but then very very rare.

Say it loud again… In US .. Those kids are rotten. Not only you have police stationed at some schools you also have daycare centers in a lot of high schools for students with babies (babies having babies or Teen Moms). There ought to be some discipline it does not have to be flogging…  options like manual labour or something kids don’t really want to do.

IN THE WESTERN WORLD TEACHERS DOES'T TAKE CAIN TO SCHOOL , TEACHER HAS NO RIGHT TO FLOGG ANY STUDENT ,BECOS THEY ARE NOT SLAVES.

She shuld be flog to death too. Wicked teacher. Such teachers will never allow u touch their rude children.
