This is NOT the time and place to be insulting any tribe. Those arrested students are NOT
Ibo inspite of your wish that they were. These are Edo state students.
Regardless of their state of origin, evil is evil. These students committed a horible crime and
they need to have their day in court and face the consequence. I hope they get the death
penalty for their crime. The young female student does not deserve what she suffered in their
hands.
What have we become? A nation without laws? Have we decended to the extent that the only
way to survive is to kidnap our fellow citizens for money? Murderers do not deserve to live.

One of the boys toasted the girl & she said no,he then lured her with 'I want to take you out',she followed him. The guy & 2 of his friends who were in the same class with the girl took her to an uncompleted building where they molestd her for four days continously, feeding her with bread & akara. When they were done with her,they hit her on the head with a stone & buried her in a shallow grave in a bush near her family house  how wicked can our fellow humans be???
If this account is true, then young Nigerian women need to be very careful who they trust.
Usually students trust fellow classmates and would never think of them as killer or
kidnappers. Here they took advantage of her trust and betrayed her in the worst
possible way.
Young women : Be very careful who you trust or go out on a date with. Not all men ot boys
can be trusted. It is also very important for girl and young women to tell a friend or family
where they are going or who they are out on a date with. That way, people will know where to
look for them when there is any problem.

It is true that many people lost their lives this month. There were very many disasters, some
man-made and others from the forces of nature.
We do not need to accept these tragedies in our daily lives. Our country has the resources to
cut down on unnecessary deaths. Our infrastructures need to be improved, law enforcement
need to be reformed and some of our habits need to be examined and improved upon.
This will require efforts on the part of every nigerian citizens. We can start by electing people
who cares for the citizens of this country.
