According to the trader, she said "told our correspondent that some armed robbers had been terrorising residents of the area in recent time." when police did not do their jobs, then the people in the area has to do something to save their lives. Must you rob before you live?  People took Law into their hands bcos they were not saved, No security, No police..................................
