This is what NCC should have done earlier, all these telecommunication companies are cheating Nigerians, making a lot of money from Nigeria without giving back to the society,rather what they do is to organise stupid fraudulent promos to get more money from innocent Nigerians, how many schools have they built for their host communities,how many scholarships have they given to the communities
