I know issues like this are also a shame unto the govt. Becuz ppl won't be using candle if Nigeria had constant electricity. But also the parents were also careless. Besides no electricity, what was the need for candle light when the kids were asleep and there's no one home. You don't just leave candle on like that unless you're using it to see in the dark or something. Anything that has to do with fire must be attended. But parents arnt home. Kids are sleeping. What is the light for? The candle was on for nothing. Very careless!!!

parent were busy looking for money for better future for they kids. but i blame only neighbor selfish greedy people! they hear they cries but they just do nothing then save they poverty things. God is watching THEM WHO WERE INVOLVED WILL BE JUDGE SOONER!!! RIP
