A very educative piece of writing I must admit! Everything said is true.........If only ladies will strictly adhere to them.........I kinda like the issue of brushing last at night, because I just spoke to someone today about it. So many folks do not know the importance of this. Food particles are not supposed to stay on our gums while we go to sleep at night and this causes bad breath as well. My people, simple hygiene is important please! Happy New Year to all of you!
