Let me tell wot God said bout tithes. He said will a man robbed God? Ye ave robbed me in tithes n offring, and ask wthere in ave we robbed thee.He went further n said that bring unto tithes n offring, so that there will be food enough in my house, n "prove me now".

those pastors are not MEN of GOd they are men of satan..they support evils but not good. so pastors like that don't listen to their preaching,don't even attend their church....they dont respect poor people like you and i...our site in thier church is at the back while the rich men site are in the front...

This is a very good question, and has many layers.
Because many believers may be faced with this issue sooner than later (even now), it is probably good for believers to resolve the issue according to God’s standards and not mans, once and for all.
In the old testament, the book of Malichi 3:6-18 speaks about tithes, offering, the Levites and priests, etc. There is a certain amount we were to give in tithes and offerings.
In the new testament, believes gave according to what was led on their heart to give; even some gave 100%. The account of Ananias and Sapphira in the book of Acts Chapter 5, is an example. The gist is that they had a choice to give what was in their heart to give. But to keep up with the Jones (as we say) or up with what everyone else was doing, Ananias and Sapphira tried to deceive God.
As believers, we are suppose to give to God our first and best (our money, time, and talent), etc. We are also responsible to know if where we give is for the things of God or against the things of God.
If we know something is wrong and keep silent then we are guilty participants. This is where the Pastor of any church seeks God instructions on how to deal with each person’s heart issue or motive for giving, especially politicians, that comes to him personally or if God gives knowledge on. God will surely reveal it and what God says will never go against His word. If a politician has his hands in dirty affairs and gives to the church expecting favors or gives with strings attached, etc.; it is the Pastor that has to stand for the things of Christ in that church. The exact way to deal with this, God would definitely tell the Pastor, if the Pastor himself is truly called by God.
If a believer is at a church and such things where the Pastor is essentially being paid off by politicians, then the believer should be talking to God asking whether or not they are truly suppose to be at that church. I would say clearly NOT but God's ways are not our ways. We have to ask God what to do in each situation because the one God truly called to that church may be one in the congregation.
Personally, if it’s not mine or for me than I don’t want it… no matter who or what it is. I wouldn’t be able to knowingly accept anything from anyone who got it by ill (bad) means. The person may say no strings attached but the strings will be hidden ones (even deadly ones), as well it’s not even wise to get tangled up in such alliances. It will always end badly because it is wrong in the eyes of God.
***Once the tax collector met the real Jesus, he gave back all that he stole from the people many times over...without being asked to do so.
