Sharra up!, It is a true story; the Police are naming the wife as a person of interest in the case. It is all over the news, CBS also reported here in the US.....She was not the one that petitioned for his body to be exhumed, the man's relatives initiated the whole action to lead to further investigation which concluded that the guy was poisoned.

Do some google as well.
