99% of Nigerian Ladies expects a guy 2 make the 1st move in a relationship, Why?

Apart from the fact that ladies make this almost mandatory to protect their self esteem, what other reasons could there be?
But at the end of the day U still find most of them hanging out with the rude and "not so nice" guyz..while d nice guyz seat n watch @ a distance daydreaming?
