That is is great! Young people should read this, especially those in schools and tertiary institutions - to learn that hard work pays.  Young people, Say No to 'clever' or 'sharp' practices.  Be focused! Do not underrate any job, especially when it is not bad, no matter how mean it may look.  It may be an open door to your greatness.  Benjamin, you should be an inspirational speaker.  I call on schools and those in charge of young people to invite Joseph  Benjamin to give talks on how to achieve goals and greatness.
