Why won't he? he has a enough to make him relax even if he is going to 10yrs jail term, for Farouk lawan to doze off during court hearing, show's that they have come to entertain people in the court, if that country is what it's should be that is enough reason to nail farouk, but the judge is from his side he already know the end of that case.
