A suposedly deaf and Dumb tagged Blind

A begger on the street had a writing on his chest which says 'help me am blind'

A woman driving by threw a naira note to him and the wind blew it off, the blind man ran after it, the wind blew it to the left, the man went to the left, the wind blew it to the right, the man went in that direction. The people gathered round him and wanted to beat him that he wasnt blind. Then the man answered:
'I no tell the painter to write say i blind ooooooo, i say make he write say i be deaf and dumb' and that resulted into more beatyn for him coz if hes deaf and dumb he wont be able to talk in the first place.
